This webpage provides links to information about the various CeLTA spaces available for reservation as well as reservation procedures.

Getting started

  1. Read the directions for making reservations (including how to check availability in our calendars) in our spaces and reservation procedures.

2. Check the availability of the space by following the directions in our spaces and reservation procedures.

3. Request your reservation following the instructions. Add an intuitive title of the event and consider adding a note about the reservation to us that will help us route your request for approval.

3. After your reservation has been approved, read our post-approval steps  to make sure you have everything you need to finalize your reservation (e.g., access to the space).

4. Direct any questions you have to celta@msu.edu.

Reservation Tips

  1. Our spaces require swipe access to be engaged on the reserver’s MSU ID card. It’s best to request a reservation and swipe access at least one week in advance. Swipe access is generally reserved for faculty only; graduate teaching assistants may request access for reservations related to courses they teach.
  2. Reservations are processed first come, first served and kept in a queue. Keep in mind that spaces may appear available at the time of your request but may be reserved before your reservation is processed and approved.
  3. If your reservation request is for a recurring event but gets rejected for a single date conflict, a common workaround is to make multiple reservations around that conflict.
