Penny is the finance and human resources administrator for CeLTA and ELC. She also does Finance administration for the Language Pod and is the Event Project Manager for the College of Arts & Letters. In her spare time Penny does watercolor and encaustic art, metalsmith jewelry making, pottery and photography.
